PURPOSE: A message transmission method for controlling a frequency of message transmission is provided to control a transmission frequency referring to a message posting interval. CONSTITUTION: A message transmission method for controlling a frequency of message transmission comprises the steps of: selecting functions for identifying a transmission message, a transmission time, and a transmission location of an internet user; displaying contents, transmission time, and transmission location of each message on a window of a web browser; identifying a transmission location of a current transmitted message by the user; composing a new message or renewing the previous message; selecting a location for transmitting the message; transmitting the selected message; and displaying the transmitted message to an additional web browser window.
