PURPOSE: A sales system using communication network is provided to perform provision of various information and an efficient stock management by a systematical connection among a customer, a member store, and an agency through an internet and a public local network. CONSTITUTION: A sales system using communication network relates to a business to customer sales system among a customer, a member store, and an agency through an internet and a public local network. To realize the object, the sales system comprises a web server(21), a shopping guide system(22), an automatic answering system(31), a text recognition system(33), a merchandise ordering system(50), a database server(60), a merchandise management system(70), a stock management system(80), a depositing system(90), and an ordering state guide system(100).
