PURPOSE: A roller construction of moving welding device is provided to achieve stable welding performance even if any impurities exist in the guide groove, since the roller elastically displaces in the groove in a predetermined angle for converting the impact energy into the deformation energy, thereby depressing the vibration. CONSTITUTION: A roller construction of moving welding device includes a guide rail(2) in the shape of panel supported at one side of a welding junction line of a workpiece, and a moving element(4) form moving along the guide rail(2) in a predetermined speed and having a roller(5) mounted at both sides of the moving element(4), a rotation shaft(6) fixed by a hinge(11) for supporting the roller(5) with a displacement in a predetermined angle in the direction of the width of the guide rail(2), and a supporting element(20) having a bracket(21) fixed on the bottom of the moving element(4) and an elastic element(22) for applying a predetermined elastic force to the rotation shaft to supporting the roller inside the groove.
