PURPOSE: A device for crushing edible ginkgo with hard skin is provided, which can keep contents of the nut without damage, crushes any size of materials without depending on manpower, and makes mass production possible. CONSTITUTION: Crushing ginkgo nut is prepared by providing ginkgo nut with a slope guide and a pusher keeping supply time at regular intervals; clamping crushing material with a crusher head(5) and a crusher body(10) going forward simultaneously, and the crusher head has spring(7,8) which moves big nuts behind and small nuts forward. A fixing clamp(9) then fixes the crusher head with spring. After ginkgo nut is crushed by the head advancing, cylinder goes back and crushed ginkgo is transported by conveyor belt.
