PURPOSE:To form a document easily by providing a master data storage means for storing master data on a master document and outputting the master data on the master document corresponding to a desired document. CONSTITUTION:The master data buffer 10 for storing the master data on the document is provided. A function for specifying the master data according to a symbol in a copy control field and a function for indicating the copying of the content of the master data are stored previously in a format data storage part 9. A control part 6 discriminates the symbol for indicating the copying of the copy control field of a read document by information from the format data storage part 9 and outputs the master data on the master document corresponding to the document to an output part 7. |
