发明名称 DRIVING GEAR FOR MAGNET POSITIONING OF COLOR CATHODE-RAY TUBE
摘要 PURPOSE:To improve working efficiency and safety by positioning a magnet in the prescribed position and performing full-automatic purity regulation and convergence regulation by means of rotary driving of the magnet. CONSTITUTION:A magnet group 3 is fitted movably in the axial direction of a cathode-ray tube outside of an electron gun. Said magnet group 3 is composed of 6 sheets of disklike magnets 4-9 whereby the purity magnets 4 and 5 are used for purity regulation of the color cathode-ray tube 1, while 4-pole convergence magnets 6 and 7 as well as 6-pole convergence magnets 8 and 9 are used for covergence regulation. Further, while positioning the magnets for purity regulation and convergence regulation by moving them in the tube axis direction through the positioning mechanism 12, the magnets are driven rotationally by a driving gear 25 provided with guiding plates 38-40 and 44-46 to be inserted between the magnets and driving plates 35-37 and 41-43 connected to the magnets thus to automatize magnet positioning and regulation.
