PURPOSE:To settle an output in a short time and to realize cost reduction and high performance by allowing a controller which has the functions of a proportion.integration.differentiation controller to reset an integral value when deviation is eliminated. CONSTITUTION:An analog target value outputted from a target value setter 10 is convered by an A/D converter 9 into a digital signal Sn, which is inputted to a proportional computing element 6, a differentiation computing element 7, and an integrator 8 with a resetting function. The integrator 8 is reset when n=m (t=t1), so it is not influenced by an area A after t=t1. Therefore, it is unnecessary to cancel the area A1 by an area A2+A4, and areas A2 and A4 decrease. Consequently, the oscillation of response is reduced and a settling time is shortened. |
