The invention starts from devices of this type in which perforated supporting tubes are provided for introducing the air, on which finely perforated rubber sleeves are arranged. While in the case of known devices a supporting tube was assigned to each sleeve, according to the invention one supporting tube is installed for a plurality of sleeves, so that the air can thus be introduced at one end or at both ends of said continuous supporting tube. To be able to make use of greater lengths of said supporting tube, it is flexible so that it can alternatively be installed in coiled or curved shapes.
