<p>PURPOSE:To obtain the titled transformer, in which there is no crosstalk, by forming at least two layers of a high-permeability magnetic material such as permalloy isolated by a gap to a substrate having high rigidity, forming coil conductors to the surfaces of each magnetic material layer and forming an insulator surface layer. CONSTITUTION:The high-permeability magnetic layers 11, 12 by permalloy powder or Ni-Mn-Zn ferrite powder paste and the insulating layer 14 made of alumina, etc. are formed concentrically onto the circular substrate 10 consisting of the powder of alumina, titania, etc. through the gap 13, and the coil conductors 15, 16 are formed concentrically where holding the gap 13 by the paste of Ag powder, etc. Since the gap 13 is constituted by a nonmagnetic material on the transmission or coupling of signals from two sensors or heads such as a two- head system, the reluctance of the section is large, and there is no possibility of the occurrence of crosstalk.</p> |
