摘要 PURPOSE:To expand interchangeability and to improve reliability by applying the voltage of reference voltage source and series resonance frequency voltage source ratios to the base of a transistor and the gate of a thyristor which are cascade-connected each other. CONSTITUTION:A stabilized reference power supply consisting of time constant (R8+R9)C9 and diodes D5, D6 is applied to a voltage dividing resistor R8. The voltage of the reference voltage source and series resonance frequency voltage source (formed by a load L and a capcitor C9) ratios is applied to the base of a transistor TR2 constituting an inverter circuit by controlling the resistor R8. If the series resonance frequency voltage source ratio is increased by controlling the resistor R8, the peak value of a pulse which is the base input of the TR2 is increased and the inverter circuit is sharply controlled. When the reference voltage ratio is increased reversely by controlling the resistor R8, the inverter circuit is controlled dully. Namely, the thyristor TC connected in series to the TR1 can be controlled at its level width between on and off points by controlling the resistor R8.
