PURPOSE:To exhaust air generated in a pump and pipings automatically and effectively by furnishing an automatic exhaust device, which accommodates a float valve to open and shut the exhaust hole while is moved approx. prombly by the instreaming air from an air chamber. CONSTITUTION:Bubbles generated in a hot-water circulating pump as illustrated and associated pipings flow in a case 13 together with hot water 15 from an air chamber 11 through a male threaded part 13a. In the case of less amount of air production, the level 15a of hot water 15 in the case 13 rises, and the valve element 16 floats up in the case 13 to block the exhaust hole 14a automatically. In the case of much production bubbles, the level 15a of hot water 15 in the case sinks, so that the valve element 16 sinks in the case 13 to open the exhaust hole 14a automatically for exhaustion of the air. Thus the air generated in a pump and associated pipings can be exhausted automatically and effectively, which assures prevention of noise generation, air locking, etc. |
