PURPOSE:The titled device in which the bottom of the intermediate stretching part is made of a hard guide plate with a smooth upper surface closely attaching over almost all the length and width of the undersurface of the top apron, thus showing high durability and keeping good spinning operation. CONSTITUTION:The top of the intermediate stretching part 1 is formed with an apron roller 2 and the bottom is formed with a guiding plate 3 closely attaching to the lower running surface of the apron 2a. The fleece 5 from the back roller 4 is held by appropriate friction with the apron 2a and sent on the guide plate 3 by sliding, then released near the nipping point of the apron roller 6, thus ensuring smooth introduction into the front roller 6. The surface of the guiding plate 3 is made of a hard and lubricative material such as ceramic, hard synthetic resin or metallic material. |
