Schiff's bases made from metallocene-aldehyde and biogenic amines, e.g. tyramine, show, after hydrogenation of the -C=N double bond and labelling with radioactive metal atoms (e.g. <97>Ru), a high affinity for the adrenals and are suitable as radiopharmaceuticals.
