PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set a path corresponding to a message based on the number of channels for providing the same service by setting the number of connections in the same service in a first call setting request message, sequentially transmitting the call setting request message corresponding to the number of connections to a switchboard by a subscriber and setting a band between the switchboard and the subscriber of the provided service, based on the number of connections of the switchboard. SOLUTION: A variety of messages from the subscriber are extracted by a message extracting part 1 and decided by a message decision part 2. When a SETUP message is established, a call number and the number of connection are transferred to a band security processing part 3. A table 4 including the number of connections, the band and the remaining bands corresponding to the call number is formed by the band security processing part 3. The band is calculated, based on the number of connections (n). When the SETUP message is received, the band to be required for providing the service is secured for coping with the subscriber by the switchboard. In this case, the band to be required for providing the service is decided whether it can be secured or not. |
