PURPOSE:To form inter-layer insulation at a temperature or less of crystallization of a blank by applying a treating liquid, in which at least one kind or more of silica powder or silicate powder is contained in a composition consisting of a sexivalent chromium compound and a trivalent chromium compound, to the amorphous magnetic material. CONSTITUTION:The treating liquid in which at least one kind or more of silica powder or silicate powder of 1-20g per the 100ml composition, 60-80% of the whole quantity of chromium therein is the sexivalent chromium compound and the remainder consists of the trivalent chromium compound, is contained in the composition is applied to the amorphous magnetic material in 0.21-1.5g/m<2> at dry weight, and dried at the temperature or less where an amorphous magnetic alloy is crystallized. |
