PURPOSE:To standardize the contents of a memory and to constitute a digital processor with high flexibility, by storing plural kinds of program in the memory and executing programs selectively in optional combination. CONSTITUTION:An ROM2a is stored with a program generated for each application system and various general programs for correcting system specification, and an RAM 3 is used as a data buffer for the temporary storage of transmit and receive data and various arithmetic processes. The processor 1 allows a selecting circuit 4 to judge the kind of a process corresponding to receive data obtained through a demodulator 10 and a serial-parallel converter 20, and reads and executes a corresponding program in the ROM2a to output the result to a corresponding output circuit among output circuits 31a-3ma. For a transmission process, the kind of a process is judged by the selector 4 from inputs 41a-4na to read a corresponding program out of the ROM2a, and parallel-series conversion 50 and modulation 60 are performed to send out the result. Consequently, the contents of the memory are standardized to improve the flexibility. |
