PURPOSE:To strengthen bonding between a metal net and carbon plastic while to reduce cumber and thickness, by laminating carbon plastic, metal net and plastic plate same with the frame material sequentially from the liquid contact side. CONSTITUTION:A plastic board 14f is fused through the mesh of a metal net 15 to a carbon plastic 14a. Since the frame material is reduced and carbon plastic has non-fluidity characteristic, the fluidity of frame material at the compression molding is suppressed while cumber after molding is suppressed to bond the metal net 15 and carbon plastic 14a is strengthened. This is because carbon plastic is hard to fuse to press the metal net 15 mechanically but the plastic board 14f and carbon plastic 14a will fuse effectively. |
