PURPOSE:To realize reduction in size of transformer by inserting a magnetic shield insread of using a block, in order to mutually tightening and fixing coil insulator group, iron cores of leg parts and magnetic shields. CONSTITUTION:A transformer is composed of coil insulator group 1, iron core 2 of leg part, magnetic shield, protection plate 4 etc. For assembling them, the coil insulator group 1, iron core of leg part 2 and protection plate 4 are combined and therafter respective parts are tightened and fixed with an adequate strength by inserting the magnetic shield 3. A small size external iron core type trasformer can be realized by eliminating the blocks which has been used traditionally. |
