PURPOSE:To prevent a runaway at a terminal station, by disconnecting a circuit when the address in a control code from a terminal which uses the circuit exclusively does not coincide with the address of a present exclusive using station stored in a transmission controller. CONSTITUTION:A handshake part 11 serves as the interface between a terminal controller 1 and the transmission controller 2. A main control part 8 follows the processing procedure stored in a memory 9 to permit a host computer, etc., to use a circuit exclusively in response to a circuit exclusive-use request from the host computer and each terminal. Further, the address of the station which uses the circuit exclusively is stored and compared with the exclusive-use station address in the control code and when they do no coincides a relay driving part 13 breaks or closes a contact 12 to disconnect the circuit. |
