PURPOSE:To separate and stock a fixed quantity of parts and supply them to other unit by inserting a predetermined quantity of parts with holes to a pin so that upper cylinder pistons are made opened to transfer the parts with holes. CONSTITUTION:A pin 1 which regulates and guides the inner diameter of parts with holes is pinched with cylinder pistons 2, 3 at one end and is pinched with cylinder pistons 4, 5 at the other end. A main body 6 has a hole 7 through which works can pass, and the pin 1 penetrates it and is pinched with pistons 2-5. A photoelectric switch 13 detects a fixed quantity of parts and a parts feeder is stopped by its signal. When air is fed, the pistons 2, 3 are opened against springs 8, 9, and works are filled in the upper portion of the pistons 4, 5 along the pin 1. When the pistons 4, 5 are opened, a fixed quantity of works are supplied to other unit. |
