PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat resistant composition showing less heat deformation and less aging, particularly a heat resistant composition containing an ethylene- vinyl acetate copolymer(EVA) showing less heat deformation and less ageing. SOLUTION: (2) 0.01 to 2 pts.wt. of a radical scavenger and (3) 0.05 to 30 pts.wt. of an acid modified resin having a melting point higher than that of (1) are added to (1) 100 pts.wt. of a thermoplastic resin composition containing an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer(EVA), an ethylene-ethyl acrylate copolymer(EEA), an ethylene-butyl acrylate(EBA), an ethylene-methyl methacrylate copolymer(EMMA) and/or a mixture thereof.
