PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the uneven feeding or feeding failure of a recording paper by providing, on a bottom plate, a dispersion absorbing member consisting of an elastic member and making contact with a feed roller. SOLUTION: A main feed roller 1 mounted on a rotating shaft 2 is pressed onto a recording paper 3, a separating member 4 is formed of a friction pad provided opposite to the main feed roller 1, and an auxiliary feed roller 6 is mounted on the rotating shaft 2 pressed onto the recording paper 3 in a position not opposed to the separating member 4. A bottom plate pad 8 is formed of an elastic member provided on the front end surface of a bottom plate 7 in a position opposed to the feed rollers 1, 6 to constitute a dispersion absorbing member to make contact with the recording paper 3. A support member 11 is provided protrusively from the bottom plate 7 under a recessed part 9 provided on the surface of the bottom plate 7 in the front end lower part of the bottom plate pad 8. The separating member 4 may be formed of a reverse roller instead of the friction pad.
