PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the opening frame of an exterior wall panel having joint sections having different shapes and the mounting structure for the opening frame. SOLUTION: The opening frame 10 is mounted in the opening section 5a of an exterior wall, the opening frame 10 is formed by framing a rail to an approximately rectangular sectional stile 10a, and a stepped section 102 in which the side face 101 of the stile 10a forming one outer circumferential surface of the opening frame 10 is projected is formed while a collar section 103 is formed from an external surface continued from the side face 101 of the stile 10a.
