发明名称 INORGANIC NONAQUEOUS ELECTROLYTE CELL
摘要 PURPOSE:To precipitate the penetration of the electrolyte in the positive electrode of a cell so as to speed up the injection of the electrolyte and to enable the manufacture with good productivity by using a cylindrical porous carbon formation composed mainly of carbon black and provided with holes in the axial direction as the positive electrode. CONSTITUTION:The cylindrical negative electrode of a cell is constructed by adhering a lithium sheet with pressure to the inside peripheral surface of the cylindrical cell case 1 with the bottom, and a separator 3 is arranged along the inside peripheral surface of the said negative electrode, and a bottom paper 10 is inserted in the bottom of the separator. Then a formation composed mainly of carbon black provided with holes is inserted in the hollow part of the separator 3, and the upper portion of the formation is pressed down so as to outside peripheral surface of the formation is pressure contacted to the separator 3 to form the positive electrode 4. then an upper cover paper 11 is placed on the positive electrode 4, and a pipe to be used as the positive electrode terminal 8 and a cell cover 6 are fitted into the aperture of the case 1 and welded. Thereby the injection of the electrolyte can be speeded up and the manufacture with good industrial productivity can be performed.
