ASSEMBLING METHOD OF VALVE WITH SPRING

PURPOSE:To require no jig for depressing a spring by sucking a diaphragm with a vacuum pump so that a valve is assembled with the spring being kept at a depressed state in an assembling method of a disphragm valve with a spring. CONSTITUTION:A vacuum pump 13 is connected to a fluid through hole 2 bored on a cylindrical valve case with a bottom. A spring 11 is mounted in a free status in the diaphragm chamber 10 of the valve case 1. A flexible diaphragm 8 fixed to a rod 7 end is arranged on the spring 11. The diaphragm 8 is depressed to the valve case 1 side against the elasticity of the spring 11, and the vacuum pump 13 is operated to apply a negative pressure to the diaphragm chamber 10 and stabilize it. A bolt is tightened to fix the diaphragm to the valve case.
