PURPOSE:To perform measurement over the entire range and to shorten the measurement time by holding a voltage for a specific time for the compensation of the response delay time of a comparator only when response delay occurs. CONSTITUTION:The contents (which are 0 initially) of a memory M are outputted to the output terminal 11 of a microcomputer 1. The output is passed through an operational amplifier 3 for the input adjustment of a comparator 4 and compared with the voltage of a negative characteristic thermistor 5, whose output L or H is returned to an input terminal 16. When the terminal 16 is at the L and the contents of the memory M1 are 0, said operation is repeated until a counter goes up to 8. Then, 1 is added to the contents of the memory M1. While 1 is added, said operation is repeated until the input terminal 16 changes from L to H and once the input terminal is held at H, the contents of the memory M1 are transferred to a memory M2; and the counter is set to 0 and the memory M1 is set to 1. Above-mentioned operation is repeated similarly with regard to output terminals 12-15 connected to resistances having different values. |
