PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To drive a cleaning member in an axial direction with a simple mechanism and to provide the mechanism prolonging the lives of a cylindrical body and the cleaning member. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a 1st driving transmitting mechanism having a holding shaft 11 provided coaxially with the cylindrical body 12 and holding the body 12, a driven member 13 fixed on the shaft 11 and transmitting rotational force from the outside to the shaft 11, a driving member 14 transmitting rotation to the member 13, and a driving shaft 15 coaxially holding the member 14; and a 2nd driving transmitting mechanism having a 2nd driving member 31 fixed coaxially with the shaft 15, and a 2nd driven member 32 provided coaxially with the shaft 11 to freely rotate on the shaft 11 and coupled with the member 31 so that the rotational force may be transmitted. A cam surface 33 for moving the cleaning member 21 in the axial direction is provided at the end face or the circumferential part of the member 32.
