PURPOSE:To prevent a powder from entering between a rotating part and a fixed part and to prevent a required driving power from being increased, by mounting a seal member that is actuated hydraulically to a sliding part between the fixed part and the rotating part of a rotor type metering vane for metering and loading a powder. CONSTITUTION:A seal ring 13 on a lower part of the inner circumferential surface of an inner circumferential ring 5a of the metering vane, a slidable separating plate 16 that also serves as a seal member on an opening in a lower surface of a body of a slidable separator 12 and a seal ring 18 on a lower part of an outer circumferential surface of an upper circumferential wall 9 of a metering chamber 2 are supported respectively via pistons of respective air cylinders 14, 17, 20 such that they can be moved vertically within respective prescribed ranges. When the apparatus is actuated, compressed air is supplied to the cylinders 14, 17, 20 to cause the seal ring 13 to be forcibly contacted with a bottom wall 7, and to cause the slidable separating plate 16 and a seal ring 18 to be forcibly contacted with the upper surface of an outer circumferential part of a rotor 3. |
