PURPOSE:To obtain an inexpensive Al vapor-deposited product with superior chemical resistance, by vapor-depositing an Al-Ag alloy contg. a specified percentage of Al on a substrate. CONSTITUTION:An Al-Ag alloy having 60-93wt% Al content is vapor-deposited on a substrate by a conventional vapor deposition method such as vacuum deposition to form a layer having 66-80wt% Al content and about 30-100mum thickness. To enhance the durability of the layer, a top coat layer of epoxy resin or the like having about 0.5-3mum thickness may be formed. |
