PURPOSE:To accurately synchronize the timings of thrusting-up and feeding-out operations, by a method wherein small articles fed along a guide groove in a abutting condition by a vibrating feeder or the like are pushed up onto an upper groove by a thrusting-up device, and, are fed out by a feeding-out device driven by the same motor as that for the thrusting-up device. CONSTITUTION:When the motor 45 is rotated, cam plates 38, 35 are rotated in the directions of arrows, a vertically slidable block 13 is moved upwards, and a thrusting-up plate 15 thrusts up a pellet 3 from the guide groove 2 of a conveying passage 1a to a lifted position. Then, an arm 32 is oscillated by the cam plate 35, a forwardly and backwardly slidable block 20 is moved forwards to move a feeding-out plate 22 forwards, whereby the pellet 3 being thrusted up is pushed into the guide groove 2 of a conveying passage 1b. The pellet 3 being fed on the passage 1a is stopped by the near edge of the thrusting-up plate 15, and after the plate 22 is retracted upon completion of pushing-out the pellet 3, and when the plate 15 is lowered to its initial position, the foremost pellet 3 is moved until it contacts the rear edge of the passage 1a, namely the starting end of the passage 1b. |
