The bottom of the frame (1,2) has a continuous edge along each side, while on the inside and above the edge (16) tensioning devices are provided to hold taut the ends of the cover (12) passed round the edge. These can consist of bars (13,14) passed through a seam formed at the cover edge, spring-loaded and held taut against plate portions of the frame.
