PURPOSE:To reproduce a digital TV signal free from a conspicuous error, by making a primary interpolation with the reproduction information of another channel to give a correction to the reproduction information in an error information period due to a dropout. CONSTITUTION:The error signal given from a gate 61 and containing an enlarged dropout signal is supplied to a correcting circuit 641 to receive an error correction, and a remaining error through deletion is fed to an error primary interpolation correcting circuit 651. The circuit 651 gives a primary interpolation correction to the remaining error with a reproducing signal given from the circuit 641 as wall as an error signal which delected a processed error by the circuit 641 and contains an enlarged dropout signal. The primary interpolation is performed by replacing a signal to be compensated with a signal obtained by adding adjacent data to each other and then dividing them by 2. A digital data thus corrected and compensated is delivered through terminals 681-683 as luminance, red and blue signals respectively. In such a way, it is possible to reproduce a digital TV signal free from a conspicuous error. |
