<p>The edge protection padding is made from a section of corrugated board for packaging purposes. A strip (1) of corrugated board folded into an angle is rigidly connected on its interior side with a foil hose of about equal length and closed on one side, the axis of which extends about parallel to the fold (2) of the corrugated board strip (1). After the folding of the strip of corrugated board the hose of foil material is filled with a packaging foam. The connection of the foil hoses (3) to the strip of corrugated board is carried out by an adhesive process.</p> |
