PURPOSE:To suppress a generation of a winding jam by copying an image at a specific image forming range not contg. an image tip of the copying paper, eliminating the specific image forming range contg. the image tip of the copying paper at the time of the first copying, thereby preventing the adhesion of a toner at the image tip of the copying paper. CONSTITUTION:An outside range C-1 of the copying paper 20 as shown by the figure B in case of enabling the elimination at optionally specific range, is specified to the specific range as the subject of eliminating in the 1st copying, whereby the A-1 part in the inside range C-2 of the image A is copied using a black toner. Thus, in the 1st image forming, a latent image existing at the outside range C-1 is eliminated, controlling an eraser lamp 36 so as to eliminate the outside range C-1 at the time of the 1st image forming by means of the eraser lamp controlling apparatus 103, whereby the toner does not stick at the prescribed part in developing. The generation of jam due to an adsorption is depressed, as the toner does not stick at the image tip 20A which is apt to generate extremely the winding of the copying paper. |
