PURPOSE:To obtain the titled apparatus capable of preventing the accumulation of a sedimented substance, by a method wherein a guide pipe is provided to the upper part of a storage tank in a state freely shaking in an up-and-down direction and freely revolving in a horizontal plane, and a jet stream source device and a scraping device are further provided to the lower part of the guide pipe. CONSTITUTION:When a drive shaft 11a is rotated, this rotation is transmitted to a rotary shaft 13 through a universal joint 12. Because of this, the screw 16 provided to the lower part of the rotary shaft 13 rotates to generate jet streams to an upward direction in a guide pipe 15. Therefore, the sedimented substance accumulated on the bottom part of a storage tank 10 from the lower end of the guide pipe is sucked up and the sucked-up sedimented substance is subsequently diffused into the storage tank 10 from the upper end of the guide pipe 15 to perform stirring in the storage tank 10. At this time, a blade wheel 21 rotates with the rotation of the rotary shaft 13 and each blade 21a claws off the sedimented substance on the bottom part of the storage tank 10 and, therefore, the sedimented substance in a wide range can be sucked up. Further, a support shaft 20 is ready to revolve around the rotary shaft 13 by the resistance of the blade wheel 21 and a speed reducer 17 performs revolving movement as a whole to enable a wide range of stirring. |
