PURPOSE:To treat a substance to be stirred continuously within a short time in good efficiency, by arranging a stirring vessel arranged obliquely at a specific angle, a vessel rotating means for rotating a cylindrical part around a central shaft and a stirring blade provided in the vessel in an offset state. CONSTITUTION:A substance such as a powder for drug manufacture is supplied from a hopper 4 and accommodated in the accommodating space of a vessel 1 through a screw conveyor 40 and a throwing-in port 100. The vessel 1 is rotated, for example, to a right direction by a rotating means 12 while a stirring blade is rotated, for example, to a left direction by a rotating means 21. By the rotation of both of them, the powder receives the rotating and the revolving stirring effect of the stirring blade 2 to be stirred in good efficiency. Because the stirring blade 2 is arranged at position of 4:30 o'clock with respect to the central axis of the vessel, the contact frequency thereof with the powder is high and, because the powder is sprung up by the blade and, after fallen under its own wt., again sprung up by said blade, stirring effect becomes remarkably high. |
