PURPOSE:To improve safety, by a method wherein, in a heating device provided with a stored program system controller, the starting is controlled by monitoring a motion, after outputting of a start signal, of a switching means for feeding electricity to the heating means. CONSTITUTION:A feeder circuit to a magnetron 9 comprises a time relay 8 and a power relay 13, and a transistor Tr10, operated by means of a start signal S, and a thyristor 11 energized by closing a start switch 6 are connected to a coil driving circuit of the time relay 8. In which case, the point Q potential of the thyristor 11 is connected to an input terminal IN2 of a microcomputer 7 acting as a controller, and the start switch 6 is connected to an input terminal IN1. After the start signal S is outputted from the microcomputer 7, making of said relay 8 is confirmed by means of a signal to the input terminal IN2, and if the making is not detected even after a given time has elapsed, the output of the start signal S is brought to a suspension. |
