PURPOSE:To efficiently generate a document, by compensating the uncertainty of recognition by a voice input of a syllable unit, by displaying a syllable example and a clause example corresponding to one clause, respectively. CONSTITUTION:After a voice is inputted, matching with a dictionary 5 is taken as to a syllable example stored in a syllable example memory obtained by the previous syllable recognition by a controller 2. A syllable example which is decided to be correct grammatically by collating it with the dictionary, and a clause example which executes Chinese character conversion are stored temporarily in each memory 3, 4, and are displayed on a display 7. In case when both the displayed syllable example and clause example are those which are intended for the input in the beginning, processing of one clause is ended by operating the key. In case when the displayed first example is that which is not intended, the following syllable example and the following clause example are called from the syllable example memory 3 and the clause example memory 4, respectively, by operating the key, and are compensated. |
