MANUFACTURE OF MEASUREMENT TUBE OF ELECTRO-MAGNETIC FLOW METER

PURPOSE:To make unnecessary the difficult work of window piercing and make it easy to manufacture a pipe itself by fitting concentrically a second pipe of the outer circumference of a first pipe where a measurement electrode is formed and sintering both. CONSTITUTION:A first pipe 10, second pipe 10a and third pipe 10b are formed of a ceramic that is not sintered yet. A measurement electrode 2 is formed on the outer circumferential face of the pipe 10 by metallizing. The pipe 10a which is provided with a shield 7a and on the outer circumference of which a guard electrode 3 is formed by metallizing is inserted. Further the pipe 10b on the outer circumference and inclined face of which shield 7b is provided is inserted. The whole is sintered to manufacture a measurement pipe.
