PURPOSE:To stop securely fluid in a short time while reducing wear of valve members by constituting a valve to be closed by utilizing fluid pressure in the outflow of gas or liquid. CONSTITUTION:When a switch of electromagnet 2 is turned on, a pushing-up bar 3 is vertically pushed up and a valve body 5 abuts against the upper valve seat 7 of valve to provide the closed condition. Next, when gas or liquid enters from a nozzle 10, the pushing-up force of the pushing-up bar 3 is balanced with the sum of the fluid force and the elastic force of a spring 6 to maintain the valve body 5 in the intermediate position so that the valve is opened. Also, the pushing-up bar 3 is naturally dropped by turning off the switch of the electromagnet 2 so that only the sum of the fluid force and the elastic force of the spring 6 is applied to the valve body 5 which is thereby closely attached to the lower valve seat 8 of valve to stop the fluid. |
