PURPOSE:To prevent unproper integrating of a quantity of the heat and to enable fair bearing of a quantity of the heat, by a method wherein, in a centralized heating system in an aggregated housing, a quantity of the heat used for heating at each home is integrated through a resistance proportioning a heating capacity. CONSTITUTION:With a manually-operated hot water valve opened, a contact 32 is turned ON. When a contdrol switch 22 is connected to a middle between, for example, strong notches (a-b) and a hot water thermostat 31 is turned ON after detecting a hot water temperature being sufficiently high to allow heating, a current, which is full wave rectified 23, flows. A strong notch relay 26 is actuated by a potential difference produced in said case to turn OFF a contact 27. This causes a blower 30 to start an operation, and integrating meter 35 integrates a resistance proportioning the heating capacity of the strong notch through the medium of a circuit consisting of a contact 29 and a resistor 33. Meanwhile, in case the control switch 22 is switched to a middle between weak notches (a-c), the contact 29 is turned OFF by a weak notch relay 28, and an integrating is conducted through a circuit consisting of a contact 27 and a resistor 34. |
