PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inversely held scoop for cooking with which a cooking table is prevented from being contaminated with liquid adhered to its head by scattering and dropping when it is held inversely. SOLUTION: This cooking tool has a handgrip and a head mounted on one end of the handgrip. The head is provided with a liquid stopping member for receiving the liquid adhered to the head which drops when the cooking tool is inversely held with its head upward. The cooking tool is further provided with an opening in the head.
