PURPOSE:To prevent the damage of a stator coil due to cutting chips by opening a through hole for lead wirings and a lower through hole for coupling a terminal and providing the prescribed shielding member or a terminal box at a frame. CONSTITUTION:A frame 1 of steel plate is formed in a cylindrical shape, and a through hole 1a for lead wirings 3 and a lower through hole 1b for coupling a terminal 1 box at the periphery of the hole 1a are opened before coupling a stator to the inner peripheral surface, i.e., when the frame is flat. When a terminal box 6 is not coupled to the frame 1, a shielding member 8 which has a through hole 8a, through which the wirings 3 are passed at the center and made of synthetic rubber for watertightly shielding the opening of the hole 1b at the outer end side is detachably coupled to the hole 1a of the frame 1. When the box 6 is coupled to the frame 1, the box 6 is coupled to the frame 1 with a coupling member which does not produce cutting chips when coupling it to the hole 1b such as a tapping screw 7. |
