PURPOSE:To form a constant current circuit of a minute current, by using a squeeze resistance as an emitter follower resistance of a current mirror circuit. CONSTITUTION:The bases of npn transistors TRs 11 and 14 are connected commonly, and the base and the collector of the TR 11 are connected commonly and are connected to a power source 17 through a resistance 17. A TR 15 to which the power source 17 is connected is cascaded to the controller of the TR 14, and resistances 13 and 16 are connected between respective emitters of TRs 11 and 14 and the earth, respectively. The base of the TR 15 is used as a connection terminal 18 for constant current, and resistances 13 and 16 are formed with semiconductor buried resistances called squeeze resistances. Thus, since the squeeze resistance having the same property as the base region of the TR is used as the emitter follower resistance of the current mirror circuit, the constant current circuit of a minute current is formed. |
