PURPOSE:To enable safe, exact and quick measurement without the need for measurement by extending a tape measure on a road by constituting the optical axis of the transmission and reception light of a light wave range finder and the collimating optical axis of a collimating telescope as a common optical axis in a housing. CONSTITUTION:A light wave alidade consists of a light wave range finder, a collimating telescope, a detector which detects the turning angle in a vertical direction, an alidade part and further a corner prism. The optical axis of the light wave range finder is constituted at the collimation coaxial with the collimating axis (X-X') of the collimating telescope. More specifically, a hole 2' for collimation is provided at the center of a reflecting mirror 2, and the collimating optical system is constituted of an objective lens 1, an erector lens 3, a focal plate 5, and an eyepiece lens 6. Since this invention is constituted in the above-mentioned way, the measurement is accomplished safely, exactly and quickly irrespectively of traffic volume without the need for making measurement by extending a tape measure on a road. |
