PURPOSE:To reduce the number of steps by splitting a stator core, folding and winding a wire in such a manner that the starting position of winding and the ending position of winding are disposed in the same slot. CONSTITUTION:A stator core is split, the starting end of the first stable core 1 is started from a slot 1a far from a winding flier 5, wound in number of turns less than one turn for that to be wound at every slot, and wound to the prescribed slot. Subsequently, the wire is folded and wound insufficiently for the specified number of turns, folded and wound similarly to the first stator core 1 through a crossover track to the slot far from the flier of the second stator core 2 from the slot of the winding start of the core 1 so that the winding starting position of the core 2 becomes coincident to the winding ending position. In this manner, the core 1 for one motor can be wound without cutting the crossover track of the split core, thereby eliminating the crossover track after coupling the stator core. |
