PURPOSE:To make it possible to carry out engine operation with no dispersion of crank angles among engine cylinders, by computing the degree of dispersion of the crank angles upon the condition of maximum pressure so that the supply of fuel is adjusted with respect to each engine cylinder in accordance with the degree of dispersion. CONSTITUTION:The pulse width T2 of fuel injection to be set on a register 40 varies in accordance with the result of the computation by an arithmetic circuit 35 each time the pulse is transmitted, a clock counter 42 counts until its value becomes equal to the value of the registor 40, an injector 44 opens during the counting period of the clock counter 42, the amount T1 of fuel which is adjusted in accordance with the dispersion of thetaPmax of a first engine cylinder, is fed to the latter, and therefore, the air-fuel ratio is controlled. |
