The jig is for the erection of box-shaped packets of sheet material, such as cardboard or corrugated paper. The jig has protruding portions raising the packet sides when the material is pressed down onto it. For two (at least) of the adjacent side panels in the packet, the protrusions are spring-loaded, so as to hold them erect from the bottom panel. |
