PURPOSE:To enable to perform rapid control by constructing to compare in phase the frequency divided output of a data signal with a reference signal and altering the frequency dividing rate of a frequency divider which divides a signal to be compared in phase when a motor is stopped. CONSTITUTION:The output of a reference oscillator 10 is supplied through a frequency divider 9 to a phase comparator 15. On the other hand, a data signal from a pickup 1 is applied to a phase comparator 13 through an amplifier 3 and a frequency divider 8. The output of the comparator 15 is supplied to a motor drive circuit 17 through a low pass filter 16, thereby controlling the rotating speed of a motor 18. When the motor is stopped, the frequency dividing ratio of the divider 9 is altered. At this time, an error voltage is generated from the comparator 15 to decelerate the speed of the motor 18. |
