FUEL INJECTION VALVE

摘要

PURPOSE:To assure proper air-fuel ratio by impinging the atomized fuel against the inner face of a tubular vibrator thereby splitting and focusing the fuel forcefully through the impingement and vibration of vibrator. CONSTITUTION:The vibration energy produced on the surface of an inner face electrode 22 of a vibrator 15 is focused toward the central axis A of the vibrator 15. The central axis A will approximately match with the central axis of an injection nozzle 18 and an injection hole 66 is made on the axis. The fuel injected through said hole 66 will move from the upper face 68 of a chip toward the vibrator inner face electrode 22 then focused toward the central axis A by the vibration energy. The fuel is atomized instantaneously through the collision and vibration then injected through an exit 69 to assure proper air-fuel ratio.
